Complete the delivery of charging car, vacuum pumping, opening and closing of each valve, heating setting, fan cooling, charging of furnace body, etc.
3) fault alarm function: for technical requirements, the vacuum furnace performs fault alarm functions such as abnormal temperature of brazing furnace (too low or over temperature), thermocouple damage or open circuit. When there is abnormal or fault, the on-site fault alarm signal light and the temperature display signal corresponding to the fault point on the touch screen will flash together to prompt the operator to enter the temperature of brazing furnace in time Adjust or deal with the problem.
